In what specific way do you enjoy being creative? Is it cooking, perhaps? Photography? coming up with new ways to use old things? Whatever it may be, doesn’t it fill you up with life when someone else comes alongside and appreciates fully with you what you’ve created? Doesn’t it make the creative process just that much more…..fulfilling? That is exactly God’s point in inviting us into Sabbath. “Join me,” He says, “in appreciating this great work, and I promise you’ll be filled as well.” And so as we study the Sabbath this week we find it becomes the foundation for entering His realm of restoration, and then we’re ready to participate in His feasts.
