EZRA/NEHEMIAH lesson 10

What space or place have you entered that took your breath away? It’s not surprising that so many of us answer with a place in nature. For me, Tannheimer Tal in Austria immediately comes to mind. This is a hidden place in the Alps which we discovered by walking a mile or so through mountain meadow. All of a sudden the space before us opened up to a clear blue lake nestled amongst the snow-topped mountains. And even with snow on top, the mountains themselves boasted yellow wildflowers and everywhere we heard the low clanging sound of cow bells, as brown speckled cows grazed lazily.  Even in the remembering I stop in awe.  Now what could this type of experience possibly have to do with the end of the book of Nehemiah? Travel with us as we end our study of Ezra, Haggai and Nehemiah and find out!
