JOB lesson 2

What is the one thing you would not go out of town without? Perhaps it is your wallet with credit cards or money. Perhaps your cell phone. Maybe even your spouse!  Whatever it is, it is likely that the item (or person) gives you a sense of safety, protection from any possible unknown. When it comes to the world of ideas, we also have things we carry with us no matter what that serve to mitigate possible vulnerabilities that we might encounter in the world. These are what we will refer to in the lesson today as premises. We will discover just how strongly we cling to these premises and the effect they can have on how we see the world.
