How do you respond to a friend who is showcasing a part of her life as successful, talented or healthy when in reality that is the farthest from the truth? It’s interesting to find that most of us find some way of avoiding the situation, not wanting to be any more uncomfortable than we already are. But if you were the one not living in reality, wouldn’t you want someone to kindly and gently steer you to the truth? Thankfully, there is someone who will do that very thing for us, helping us to see not only the illusion we think is real, but the reality of where we are meant to be. Let’s consider Jesus.
