What does it mean to be God’s people? Both Esther and Jonah will deal with the very core of what this means. We’ll examine the choices each of these Old Testament people were asked to make in their own contexts. But the question always begs for us to answer it in our context as well. Today we find ourselves in a culture where perhaps our influence seems to be waning, so where do our responsibilities lie if we are to be faithful to being His people? That’s where we’ll start this journey.
