What was the last experience you had that filled you with awe? What was it about that experience that made it so? When you inventory those experiences, either your own or a group of people, what keeps creeping up over and over is the sense of BIGness, things that are outside of ourself, unexplainable, even unknowable to a certain extent. I don’t think it’s an anomaly that we are physically stopped to speechlessness when we encounter such things. In fact, I think it’s what we’ve been made for. I think it’s what restored Eden is all about. And, what Exodus has been leading us toward. It not just about rescue, but about restoration. Good news!
