2 TIMOTHY lesson 10
Have you ever ignored an illness or perhaps a bad habit and later found yourself having to deal with it in extreme measures because it had become serious? Most of us have stories of letting a cold go until it ended up in pneumonia, or not paying attention to our slight over-indulgences with snacks until they become such a habit that we find ourselves shocked when we stand on the scale confronted with the need to diet. The same goes for our spiritual lives and the lives of those around us. The neglect of our paradigms for living, means we most often are cultivating a life of transactions and the habit of living this way has serious consequences. That’s the gist of 2 Timothy chapter 3’s opening paragraph.
